btpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "btpkr", "we", "us", "our" refers to the btpkr platform, its operators, and its internationally licensed parent entity operating the online gaming services accessible at btpkr.app.
• "Platform" means the btpkr website, mobile-optimised browser interface, all associated subdomains, and any gaming, betting, or account services accessible through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the btpkr Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player through the btpkr Login process, which stores the Player's personal details, PKR balance, transaction history, and gaming preferences.
• "Real Money Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slots title, or sportsbook wager placed using actual PKR funds held in the Player's btpkr Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, matched deposit credits, or other non-withdrawable promotional amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a btpkr promotional offer.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, licences, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of btpkr's internationally licensed gaming services.

By accessing the btpkr Platform, creating a btpkr account via the btpkr Login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered through btpkr.app, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the btpkr Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and btpkr with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, understandings, or agreements — whether written or verbal — between you and btpkr. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on the btpkr Platform (such as game-specific rules, promotional terms, or sport-betting rules), these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a specific document explicitly states otherwise and is acknowledged by btpkr in writing.

btpkr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain a btpkr account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on btpkr or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a btpkr account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only.
• Participation in real-money gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

btpkr enforces age verification as part of the account registration process and again at the point of first withdrawal. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence — to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document submission.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single btpkr account at any time. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and may be reported to the relevant licensing authority.

When registering via the btpkr Login page, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your btpkr account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent.
• Notifying btpkr immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible, as btpkr uses these channels for account verification, security alerts, and support communications.

btpkr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of btpkr to provide services indefinitely.

btpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on the btpkr Platform are denominated in PKR. btpkr does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your btpkr account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at btpkr's discretion with reasonable notice provided to Players.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts held in another person's name are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.
• btpkr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which btpkr accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your btpkr PKR balance promptly upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. In the case of bank transfers, processing times may vary depending on HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank's own clearing timelines.
• btpkr is not liable for any loss, delay, or failed deposit arising from errors made by the Player during the deposit process, including incorrect account references or mobile wallet numbers.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's account has been fully verified, including completion of age verification and identity document submission.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for the selected payment method has been reached.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been met in full prior to withdrawal.
• No active withdrawal holds, account reviews, or fraud investigation flags are present on the account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Where a JazzCash or EasyPaisa withdrawal is requested, funds are typically credited within one to four hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to the respective bank's own clearing timelines.

btpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include certified copies of the Player's CNIC, proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment method, or a source-of-funds declaration. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds being returned to the Player's btpkr balance.

btpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins allocations, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to their own individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all btpkr promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables, may contribute at a different rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless btpkr explicitly permits this in the relevant promotional terms.
• Abuse: btpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent bonus terms through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any form of collusion.

All casino games, live dealer tables (including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar), slots, and sportsbook markets available on the btpkr Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited and certified. Game results cannot be influenced by the Player, by btpkr, or by any third party.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, btpkr's system logs shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of the failure. btpkr will use reasonable endeavours to resolve such incidents fairly, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the staked amount to the Player's balance.
• btpkr reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. Winnings arising from such errors are not payable.
• Sportsbook bets, including PSL cricket betting markets, are settled in accordance with the btpkr sportsbook rules. btpkr reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend markets in accordance with those rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btpkr Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one btpkr account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing wagers with deposited funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing btpkr support staff or other Players in any manner.

btpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity, and btpkr actively provides tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-game notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion from the btpkr Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

All content on the btpkr Platform — including but not limited to the btpkr brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, databases, and design elements — is the exclusive property of btpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership rights or licence to use btpkr's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment as a registered Player.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any btpkr content without prior written authorisation from btpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, btpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in the Player's btpkr account at the time the claim arises.

btpkr expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption of service, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events beyond btpkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or game data displayed on the Platform where such information is later corrected.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits btpkr's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Applicable Law.

btpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where btpkr has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to btpkr.

You may close your btpkr account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money PKR balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

btpkr may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, btpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without prior notification.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the btpkr Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btpkr holds its international gaming licence. btpkr operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the licensing authority that issued that licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and btpkr, the Player should in the first instance contact btpkr's 24/7 live chat support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, Players may escalate the matter to btpkr's formal complaint handling process by emailing the address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.

btpkr will use its best endeavours to resolve all Player complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by btpkr's licensing authority.
